This one has a decent chance of success and can be used by both men and women, although all the hair gained during treatment is lost within one year of stopping the therapy. Nevertheless, among the side effects reported by men using Propecia are gynecomastia (the development of abnormally large mammary glands in males resulting in breast enlargement), prostate problems in younger people and depression. It is useless to say that the drug that interferes with testosterone and causes depression isnt going to help your penis enlargement that much.
