If you decided that you want a longer, thicker penis then you have to find the safest method to achieve this. You can do one of these three things:

1. Try a pill or patch.

2. Try surgery.

You want a surgeon that is experienced in the procedure and has been certified in his or her specialty by an appropriate board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties or the official certification body of your country. Beware of misleading certifications.

Just because a doctor is "board certified" doesn't mean he or she has had sufficient training in cosmetic surgery. Certification could come from an unrecognized, self-designated board that requires little more than an application fee.
