Grilled Lamb

Obicn Alan Hans

The liver is an amazing organ. Tasked with removing toxins from the body, the liver acts as a natural filter. However, with todays poor, overly processed dietary habits and overindulgence, it is easy for your liver to become overwhelmed and clogged.

This is one of those easy recipes with a real Mediterranean feel. If extra guests arrive, stretch the meal with more pita bread, or rice cooked with fried

onions and spinach. Buy some tzatziki, make a Greek salad or serve with thinly sliced cucumbers dressed with sour cream, lemon juice and fresh dill.

Detox today for optimum health!

Have you been hearing about detoxification more often? That's because we are now recognizing and appreciating that our bodies are not just separate parts, but a connected system which must be in "balance" if we are to feel and be well.
